After earning his degree from San Francisco State University in 2008, Frank began building a career marked by adaptability, growth, and a passion for driving impact across organizations.
His professional journey includes roles at world-class institutions such as UCSF, where he contributed to advancing healthcare and research, as well as in the biotech and pharmaceutical sector with AmerisourceBergen, focusing on rare diseases and patient access. He has also worked with medical device companies, healthcare organizations, and innovative tech startups, bringing a unique cross-industry perspective to every role.

Sarah is a seasoned business development professional with 30+ years of experience, representing a diverse career spanning multiple space industries, including healthcare administration, non-profit, B2B, and the language services industry. Her primary expertise focus areas involve quality and process improvement & infrastructure builds, strategic evaluation. & planning, operations management & oversight, organizational development, customer re-branding, sales & marketing, contracts & bids, labor relations, and business line expansion and integration. She earned her degree in Psychology at California State University, Sacramento (CSUS).
A native Sacramentan, Sarah has deep roots in the region and is committed to fostering progressive growth and development with organizations, creating successful outcomes with a quick turn-around, impacting all arms of an operational model. With over 20 years of experience in UC Enterprise, she has achieved measurable results in areas such as hospital regulatory compliance, patient safety, language access for non-English speaking populations, operational models builds from ground up, global system & technical integrations, and quality improvement in large-scale clinical operations.
Outside of her professional work, Sarah enjoys international travel and actively engaging with community members to build collaborative efforts that drive meaningful, outcome-based results.
